Privacy Policy

Build Heaven ("we," "us") is owned and operated by Mason Tyson. We build and manage websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a free website demo or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, current website, what you're looking for, and any message you add. You choose what to share. We need your contact details to reply.

If you become a client, we also keep what we need to build your site, manage it, and bill you, such as the content and photos you send, any account access you share with us (for example, to your domain registrar), and records of your invoices.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. It is used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify you.

This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We may use your information to:

• Respond to your request, prepare your demo, and send you a quote.
• Build, launch, and manage your website if you become a client, and bill you for it.
• Send occasional messages about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.
• Keep records for accounting, taxes, and other legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they only handle your information to do work for us:

• Our hosting provider and form service, which deliver your form submission to our email.
• Email and calendar services we use to communicate with you.
• Square, our payment processor, if you become a client. When you pay an invoice or save a payment method for your monthly plan, your card or bank details go directly to Square, not to us, and Square handles them under its own privacy notice.
• Google Fonts, as described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold or merged, client information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to follow this policy.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's temporary session storage for one thing: remembering that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay during your visit. That note stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and correspondence for as long as needed to follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and kept in password-protected accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email buildheaven28@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days. Some state privacy laws, including in Texas, give residents rights like these; we honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site and the websites we build may link to other companies' sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
